How to Install Skins
- Search a skin you like
2. Download both files
Note: sometimes it shows Owl_tint1 as you see above. Delete the ”1” and save. This can happen with every skin so make sure to delete those numbers.
3. Search your Tooth and Tail skin folder
This is in most cases: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ToothAndTail\content\textures\actors
4. Install the skin
Copy and paste the downloaded skin into the skin folder. Make sure to overwrite the files.
Your skin is now installed!
NOTE: If you want to install the defenses skins for example, a bullet hive. You need to do the exact same thing, BUT copy and overwrite the files in the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ToothAndTail\content\textures\structures\gameplay
NOTE: Most ferret skin have Custom tracers and Bullets. Do the same steps as show above, BUT instead of copy and overwrite it in the /actors folder. You need to copy and overwrite it in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ToothAndTail\content\textures\bullets
